Midnight Mesa Refund & Return Policy

Returns:
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition

  • With all tags attached

Exclusions:

  • Final sale items, gift cards, or intimate apparel cannot be returned

How to Return:

  1. Email us at contact@midnightmesaboutique.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions

  3. Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process a refund to your original payment method

  • Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your account

  • Shipping costs (original or return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are treated as a return + a new order

  • Please return your item and place a new order for the desired product

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no cost
